Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 2026
1. Cancellation Before Pooja Performance
If your pooja has not yet been performed, you may request a full cancellation and refund by contacting us at hello@archana.in with your booking ID. We will process a full refund of the amount paid.
2. After Pooja Performance
Once the pooja has been performed at the temple and proof (photos, videos, or certificate) has been delivered, refunds are not applicable as the service has been rendered.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. The refund amount will be credited back through Razorpay to the same account used for payment.
4. Disputes
If you believe your pooja was not performed correctly or have any concerns about the service, please contact us at hello@archana.in. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 48 hours.
5. Platform Fee
The platform fee (currently waived) is non-refundable once the pooja has been performed. If the pooja is cancelled before performance, the full amount including any platform fee will be refunded.
