1. Service Description

Archana is an online platform that facilitates the booking of pooja services (archana, abhishek, and other rituals) at verified temples in Delhi, India. We arrange for poojas to be performed on your behalf and deliver photo/video proof of the completed ritual.

2. Booking Terms

• All bookings are subject to temple availability and scheduling.
• You must provide accurate personal information (name, email) for booking confirmation and proof delivery.
• Your preferred date is a request; the actual date may be adjusted based on temple schedules and auspicious timings.
• Payment is required at the time of booking via Razorpay.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include a transparent breakdown of temple dakshina, samagri (materials), and platform fee. The platform fee may be waived at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

5. Proof Delivery

After the pooja is performed, we will deliver proof (photos and optionally video or certificate) to your registered email address. Proof is typically delivered within 24 hours of the pooja being performed. You can also track the status of your booking using the booking link provided in your confirmation email.

6. Limitation of Liability

Archana acts as a facilitator between devotees and temples. While we verify temple authenticity and ensure quality of service, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by temple closures, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances
• Variations in the exact ritual performed (which may vary by temple tradition)
• Technical issues with payment processing handled by Razorpay

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, design, and branding, is the property of Archana and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
